This page is a short summary. The full, current terms live in the app and cover company accounts and the separate, worker-owned Crew Pass wallet.
Company accounts start with a 14-day free trial, no card required, then run on the plan shown at sign-up, billed through Stripe. You're responsible for the accuracy of the worker data you enter and for your own workforce compliance decisions. A licence or ticket register check inside Crew Pass is informational: it helps you keep records current, but it isn't a legal determination that someone is licensed or permitted to work, and it doesn't replace your own obligations under workplace or licensing law.
The Crew Pass wallet belongs to the worker who holds it. Sharing an item with a company sends that company a copy for its own record; it gives Crew Pass and that company no other right to the wallet. A worker can unlink or delete their wallet at any time.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and nothing in the terms excludes a guarantee that can't lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
