Licensing
Licence checks that run themselves
Licences are checked against the Victorian register automatically, with type, expiry, activities and conditions recorded. NSW checks run the same way once your NSW API credentials are configured. Every licence is re-checked every 7 days.

Rostering
Roster without the group chat
Build the roster by week or by day, allocate guards to sites and areas, and publish. Draft, unaccepted, accepted and at-risk shifts are colour-coded so problems stand out. Publishing sends offer emails automatically, and guards accept from the link or the portal.

Time and attendance
Know who's on site, right now
Guards clock on and off inside a geofence around the site. Late or outside-fence clock-ins ask for a reason, with an optional photo. QR checkpoints log a patrol as a guard walks it. One live screen shows exceptions first.

Timesheets and pay
Payroll that doesn't start from paper
Actual clock times become a timesheet automatically, with billing rounding, per-line approval or denial with a reason, and bulk approval for clean lines. Award rates are pre-loaded and editable, with margin visible per shift, event or client.

On the ground
A pass for every guard, an app for supervisors
Every guard carries a pass in the portal listing completed inductions with date and time, with a QR a supervisor can scan to confirm on the spot. Owners, admins and supervisors use a native phone app to scan a pass, check readiness and review a licence. Guards themselves use the web portal, no app to download.
