Privacy policy
This page is a short summary. The full, current policy lives in the app and covers both a company's own worker records and the separate, worker-owned Crew Pass wallet.
Crew Pass is used two ways, and responsibility for your information depends on which one applies. If a security company uses Crew Pass to run its own workforce (inductions, rostering, time and attendance, licence records), that company is responsible for that information, and Crew Pass acts as its service provider. If you hold a Crew Pass wallet, the free personal licence wallet a worker can set up independent of any employer, Crew Pass is responsible for that information.
In short: your wallet is yours. Sharing an item from it with an employer sends them a copy for their own compliance record; it doesn't hand over the rest of your wallet, and you can unlink, export or delete it at any time. Where a licence or ticket is checked against a state government register, only the licence number is sent, never your name. Cookies are used only to run the service (keeping you signed in, remembering an in-progress induction, and basic bot protection on public forms), never for advertising or tracking across other sites.
